Cocktail Flags

September 11, 2008

I decided to throw in a little fun—and education—at our wedding reception. These cocktail flags will teach our guests how to say “Thank You” in Korean and “Cheers” in both Korean and Italian. Korean: Thank You = Go-Mop-Sum-Mi-Da; Cheers = Ganbae. Italian: Cheers = Cin-Cin. Hopefully, our guests will enjoy these and it will add some culture to our wedding.

I’m loving every single idea you have come up with!! 🙂 Even though I’m a Korean Adoptee, I’m trying to figure out how to include SOMETHING korean in my wedding. hm…you’ve given me some great ideas to work with.

I’m including a lot of Korean wedding tradition. I’ll posting more in a few days. We’re leaving to CA soon and our wedding is next Saturday!!
